I.- IDENTITY OF THE CONTROLLER

En términos de lo dispuesto en los artículos  8, 15, 16, 36 y demás relativos y aplicables de la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares. (En lo sucesivo HANA175), con domicilio Calle Liverpool, No.175, Col. Benito Juárez, Alcaldía Cuahutémoc , Ciudad de México, le informa que es responsable de la obtención y tratamiento de sus datos personales obtenidos debido a la relación que tiene con nosotros.

II.- PERSONAL DATA

For the purposes of the above, personal data is considered necessary to provide our service, and consists of the following:

a) Identification data: name(s), surname(s), data and/or official identification, address, home, cell phone and/or work telephone number, signature, email, gender, age, date of birth, nationality , name and data of third parties.

b)Datos Financieros: forma de pago,  nombre del tarjetahabiente, número de tarjeta de crédito, fecha de expiración, número de clave de seguridad.

c) Billing Data: name or company name, RFC, tax address (If an Invoice is required)

d) Preference Data: Related to the room, required services and/or reason, travel preferences, hobbies and opinions.

The way we obtain your personal data is through the following means:

a)Personally when you provide them to one of our employees, filling out forms when checking in with us, or at our reception.

b) Directly, when you provide them to us through electronic means, when filling out the reservation form on our Website, interacting on our social networks or through cookies or web beacons, (see section VII) or through of e-mail.

c)Indirectly, when you provide your personal data to one of our suppliers, such as travel agencies, tour operators or third parties that provide us with databases, which support us during the reservation and marketing processes.

Likewise, we inform you that HANA175 does not obtain personal data that are considered sensitive personal data by the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. For these purposes, sensitive personal data is understood to be personal data that affects the most intimate sphere of its owner, or whose improper use could give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk for the owner.

III. PURPOSE

The data provided will be used, as appropriate, for the following purposes:

Recepción y registro de huéspedes.
Prestación de servicios de hospedaje.
Making charges to credit and/or debit cards for services provided by the Rented Loft
Evaluations and surveys of quality and satisfaction of services.
Sending promotional information, either in documentary or electronic form, related to the products and services offered by the Hotel. 
In general, for the provision of the services offered by HANA175.

IV. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Hana 175., no comercializará sus datos personales con terceros y éstos serán recabados a  efecto de prestarle sus servicios y llevar a cabo los procesos descritos en el numeral anterior. No obstante, se hace de su conocimiento que los datos personales recabados podrán ser transferidos a entidades del mismo grupo de interés de la empresa o aquellas con las que tenga celebrados contratos de operación hotelera, franquicia o similares, y/o terceros, nacionales o extranjeros  únicamente con el objeto de cumplir con las finalidades para las cuales dichos datos personales han sido proporcionados

V.-  DERECHOS DE ACCESO, RECTIFICACIÓN, CANCELACIÓN Y OPOSICIÓN.
